The girls and I are reading Canterbury Tales. I found an easy to read translation and we are thoroughly enjoying the brilliance, insight, courage, humor and wit of Chaucer. What's amazing to me: we are reading something written in the late 14th century and finding that human nature hasnt changed much over the centuries!
