Today we leave for a week of beach camping in Santa Barbara. For the past two years, we've vacationed in King's Canyon - deep in the mountains next to a rushing river. This year, we've decided to try our hand at beach camping on the sand, next to the ocean.We've spent the week preparing the camper, making lists, buying supplies, pre-cooking and freezing the dinners, packing up everything a family of five needs for a week of fun in the sun.
We are looking forward to a relaxing time-no meetings, no deadlines, no projects, no responsibilities...only sun, sand, and the big, beautiful, blue ocean.
