Ron's New Hobby

We've been trying lately to make changes in the way we eat: more organic fruits and veggies, going out to eat less, buying less processed foods, and now, we have one more change: baking our own bread - occasionally.

Ron has been experimenting with a couple of recipes and has made bread a few times. Last night, he went on You Tube and found a tutorial (from a guy) to make this beauty.

It tasted every bit as good as it looked!
Very similar to what we've had at Panera. We were all very impressed.

So now this will be added to our family traditions - Dad making bread on Mondays for family night.
