What I'm Doing:

Reading
: Finding God at Harvard - Spiritual Journeys of Thinking Christians

Thinking about: how much I love living in LA and enjoying all the different people and cultures represented here.

In awe of: how God opens eyes and hearts to see the truth of the Gospel and draws people to Himself ~including Muslims and Buddhists...people we think are so difficult to reach.

Grateful for: the recent multi-ethnic growth in our church (Koreans, Latvian, Ukrainian, Iranian, Nigerian, Hispanic ...to name a few.)

Surprised at: seeing a large group of Russian young people at the church on Sunday.

Praying for: North Korean Christians (see video below).

Planning: High school graduation requirements for Paige and Taylor. Charting out the next 2-4 years of classes needed to complete high school.

Investigating: Charter Schools

Looking forward to: Family Dinner with Zach and Andrea

Enjoying: interior decorating blogs - esp. ones with instructions on how to re-vamp something old and make it into something trendy.

Just completed: making curtains for the dining room and living room

Working on: painting the dining room and a hope chest

Attending: a Mother-Daughter Retreat with all my girls this weekend

Resuming: Hiking on Thursday mornings

World Watch: North Korea Trailer
